“Dusty, very dusty There is a LOT of mix, so I used a bit and stored the rest It did resemble sawdust to me, I air fried them at first, and they looked very dry and dusty I then cooked them in the oven, not as dry and dusty as the air frier, but still dry and dusty When I use the mix again I will be shallow frying the chicken to see if this improves the texture”

“Easy to use with an egg and some boneless chicken thighs (or any other cut of chicken) Not as spicy as KFC but certainly delicious.”
