“The locks were stiff and the top one broke off, but as I needed the crate urgently, I did a repair with tape. However, the company is lovely to deal with and I’m sure they would have replaced the crate had I asked. I cannot fault the company.”

“Only one issue is that one of the door openings sticks due to one part of it not being in alinement. So I have to pull up the door to open fully. I think it is fixable and my brother is going to try and fix today. Other than that fab product.”

“Having difficulty in purchasing a crate for my new puppy then I found out about Lords & Labradors. I phoned them 1st to confirm they did have in stock & the lovely lady was so helpful. I ordered & whilst they gave me 10% off , it still came next day. So please with the service & will use definitely again . Thank you”

“Really impressed! The XL is a great size for our boxer and she looks much more comfortable. Delivery was quicker than expected! Will be using Lords and Labradors again.”
