Unlike any other program I have ever bought this one does not have me stressed, over working out or underrating. I finally feel like I am living a healthy lifestyle that is balanced! It is worth your money!

Honestly, i feel like this plan, LSF, and Katie’s story have turned my life around in so many ways. I have hypothyroid, diagnosed at 16, and have struggled with it for many many years. I’m overweight, but have tried every “diet” and “exercise plan” known to man trying to get healthy again. This plan is teaching me how to eat, how much to eat (I’m a nurse and chronically eat way too little), and what to eat. I am literally feeling AMAZING and can definitely say I have found what I needed in this program. For the first time in a very long time, I have hope that I will reach my goals, and drive and determination to stay consistent and change my lifestyle. Especially if you’re a hypo girl, but for everyone who struggles and wants to be healthy, buy these plans. I can not recommend enough! Thank you, LSF!!! ❤️

I absolutely love this meal plan and nutritional guide. It includes simple, affordable options which work great for my busy life as a dental student. The recipes are fabulous and delicious. Lost 5 lbs in my first 3 weeks after being at a weight loss plateau for a year :)

Love the product so much, just wish there was better guidelines around how much more of what to eat if you’re breastfeeding! My first week I lost weight, but my milk supply tanked, then I started adding my own snack at the end of the day before bed to make it through the night and now I’m gaining weight, but don’t know how much of each proportion to increase and when to have supply and lose the weight. Also wish there were some maybe non-meat substitutes for the days when you really don’t want to eat plain chicken again, but otherwise I like it

I like both of these products, the recipes in the GNG are creative and tasty. The HBMP has a recipe book, which was an unexpected surprise. I like the HBMP, but wish it had more meal prep style recipes, instead of something slightly different every day

The plan makes it very easy to go grocery shopping and stay focused! I’m not tempted to scroll down the cookie aisle! Love the app as the excersises can be done anywhere!
