I absolutely LOVE the 2.0 addition to the HBSG! It's informative, new, different, and ups that ante for the workouts! So when the regular 8 weeks start to get dull and repeatative, 2.0 brings the HEAT!

The Hot Body Sweat Guide 2.0 is just what I needed! I had just finished the HBSG 1.0 for the hundredth time and I wanted something different. The 2.0 came in the best time! Such amazing new moves to strengthen my entire body and feel energized throughout the whole day. Thank you!!

I have had the craziest time this last year. A lot has been going on health wise with family members and I have been so busy at work that of course the first thing that I slacked on was self-care and working out. I have always been someone who has avidly worked out and taken great care of myself - and this guide makes it so much easier to do it now in such a busy time. Itʻs already laid out and my decision making on what kind of workout to do doesnʻt have to be made! Itʻs just right there and ready to rock. I love it. Thank you, LSF for putting this together!!! It's motivational and love that it's accessible right on my phone if I need it! Thank you!

This guide is honestly so worth the purchase. This is my first time doing the HBSG and I notice how much I look forward to doing the moves everyday. I love how it's all put together already for you. The moves are definitely a challenge and a great sweat sesh. Love it!!!
