Hello team I just want to say thank You all for coming up with such a great new hbsg 2.0 I love it I feel it I’m sore from it so I know it works , I am a person who loves to use weight and resistance bands so it’s so perfect for me but again at the same time these are workouts you can do without weights Katie’s workouts is for everyone i loved the hbsg 1 I saw such incredible results and now I can’t wait to see what the 2.0’brings me and of course the meal plans together this is going to be awesome so I tell you all get the guide it’s so worth it . Thank you

Even after only the first week and a half of the HBSG 2.0 I’m already loving, and definitely feeling, the added intensity of the workouts even though I’ve been using LSF for several months. I love that this guide incorporates new, more intense moves, and tons of bonus workouts in the back!
