“It is very good and healthy! I have it sometimes in shakes or pancakes. You can basically add it to anything you make to add a little extra protein into your diet.”

“Taste is great! There is a slight texture to it but I don’t mind much. I also am using it in a shaker cup, and I haven’t tried the mini electric mixer so that could help with any texture. I would recommend it because it tastes good and love that it is plant based!”
