“It is great in smoothies/shakes with more than just water. I love LSF so much and love their products. This Plant Protein is hard to choke down in just water for me though. Very weird taste, but it doesn't bloat me so I just make sure to add it to a smoothie with more flavor like cocoa and peanut butter and almond milk.”
