“I have had issues finding good protein powders with regards to I always tend to get a mild headache, even if I drink it slowly after having a protein shake. This can happen with almond milk, water, fruits, etc and it can also cause me to feel a bit fuzzy. I've used a particular protein powder for years because it has caused the least amount of headaches and weird feelings but once I saw LSF protein powder was third party certified, I thought I would give it a try. It tastes nice so can be mixed with just water and zero headache. Completely zero weird feelings and no fuzziness or lack of mental clarity!! Love this protein powder and glad I gave it a try!!! Would recommend to try for sure.”
