“I have tried numerous protein powders since 2020 to add into my daily routine, but have always come up short because they either don’t blend well, they tasted really chalky or made me feel extremely bloated. However, that was not the case with this protein powder. I remember when Katie first announced this, I was pregnant and I kept saying I’d try it after I delivered my baby boy. Well, a year later after delivering and getting back into my fitness routine, I finally gave it a chance and I can honestly say it was the best decision. Not only does this protein powder mix great in my smoothies, it doesn’t have the chalky taste like other protein powders do and I feel great after drinking it. Now, I can’t wait to order the chocolate version!”

“Some protein powder has a very distinct grainy taste that even a smoothie does not help. With LSF plant protein, the consistency of your smoothie remains the same. This is one of the best protein powders that I have used.”
