“I use this on every work out day! I either put it in a shaker with Oat milk and collagen powder, or I blend a shake with Almond butter, berries, oatmilk, collagen powder, and ice. It goes very well with other vanilla powders (like my collagen one,) and works as a meal replacement if need be. Love this product and this company!”
