“I've been using Slumber Party for the last few months and I can honestly say it's changed my life. I've tried many other melatonin and sleep supplements, but nothing works the way Slumber Party does! It doesn't knock you out or make you feel incredibly sleepy all of a sudden the way other supplements do - instead, it helps you relax enough to fall asleep and STAY asleep! I drink it mixed in hot or cold water or milk as the start of my bedtime routine about 30 minutes before I want to be falling asleep. It tastes delicious, like chocolate milk or hot chocolate, depending on if I use hot or cold water/milk, and you can use as much or as little liquid as you want, depending on how sweet you want it to taste.”

“Slumber Party is so good in a cup of warm almond milk. For the holidays I've been adding a little whip cream and sprinkling crushed candy cane on top. It's so good warm and tastes like a treat of hot cocoa before bed. I sleep very well.”
