“I have the worst sleeping habits and it's really a hard habit to break. I could just scroll on my phone for hours. It's a problem, I know. So I really wanted to try this product to help me break this cycle. I tried this with warm oatmilk and it actually tastes really yummy. Such a nice treat before bed that I don't need to feel guilty about, and it works! I started falling asleep 45min after drinking this and no grogginess the next day. I will for sure continue to use this!”

“Boy! After about an hour... I'm 2 sheets to the wind. Not sure if its mental and all in my head... or the fact its warm chocolate. I drink some before my shower. While Im drying off and then drink the rest then go finish my night time skin care. By that time I went to pee one last time and Im so ready to crash. I wake up feeling good. This week i will try to go bed a reasonable time.. then track how well Im really sleeping with my fitbit.”

“The taste is absolutely amazing. It is delicious with almond milk. I've been using it for 3 nights, and I have noticed I am able to fall asleep much faster and wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy. Super impressed and please thus far!!”

“EXCELLENT!!! Kickboxing at night was taking a towel. I was unable to fall asleep. Thanks to the slumber party I fall asleep almost immediately.”
