“This has really helped me get a good nights sleep. Menopause can interrupt your sleep nightly. My husband loves it too. “Everything about slumber party is SO delicious, from the nutrition to the taste and benefits. I feel like it’s the perfect sweet treat before bed time—bc it’s actually GOOD for you! Mix it up with a little LSF chocolate protein and you’re in for a feel-good treat that so satisfying. My counter top has never looked cuter with all the LSF product!!!! I’m a minimalist and HATE my counter tops cluttered but the LSF line makes my space look so intentional and pretty.”

“My bf and I love this at night not only for a restful sleep but to wind down at the end of the day. A little on the sweeter side but you get used to it! Tastes like a hot chocolate when mixed with hot almond milk. Tip to keep the spoon in to stir while drinking to avoid clumping. Will repurchase!”

“I’ve literally even loving this product so much! I just had to place my second order because I went to use it and my husband had used almost all of it! We love it! It’s my go to! I love the fact that I can get a great nights sleep and wake up feeling amazing as well!”

“I have always had trouble waking up and feeling refreshed and awake, no matter how many hours I've slept. I tried out this product and it actually works!!! I woke up the moment my alarm went off, feeling well rested and full of energy. Highly recommend this product! 10/10 WELL DONE LSF!”
