“My husband and I love this product! He has been telling everyone about it. It really seems to help with anxiety and promotes a nice relaxed state of mind. It kicks in pretty quickly.. drink it about 30 mins before you want to fall asleep and you’ll be good to go!”

“I've only been using this less than a week and with my crazy summer it's been hard to judge how well it's helping me sleep. I definitely look forward to having it before I go to bed and it does seem to help me wind down and fall asleep easily.”

“I have ALWAYS struggled with poor sleep. Even as a child I had restless and sleepless nights because I couldn't seem to relax enough to get good quality sleep. I have tried everything you can think of - nature and sunrise alarms, meditations, sleeping pills, cbd ointments and creams...you name it, I've done it. I bought this skeptical at first - not because LSF's products aren't of quality, but because literally nothing but high octane toxins (sleeping pills) work for me. I thought at the very least I'd get a nice adaptogen blend that would benefit me in other ways in addition to tasting good. I am proud to announce I was WRONG. One cup of this 30 minutes before bed and I am tired. I still take CBD gummies to help me stay asleep, but that's a personal issue and nothing to do with this product. 100000/10!!!”
