“Well the few problems I got in one piece work great but I ordered an extra eye serum that came shattered and spilled everywhere all over the other products and when I reached out with numerous back-and-forth messages to a employee about getting a replacement eye serum after receiving it broken after I gave her my email and my name and phone number I never heard anything back or received a replacement”
