“I’m not writing anything after putting the advanced for minimizing and skin tone corrective serum on my face and the smell. I went through the whole day. I couldn’t get the smell out of my face. It was disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself. Not to mention the response that was given from your team, which had a smart ass undertone. Your trial size lip serums don’t do anything and did I enjoy it not really cause it didn’t work, but thank you for asking. Maybe you should make sure your customers know that the product that they are going to purchase will have a smell or an odor to it maybe you should give them that opportunity first. And maybe prior to you responding to a customer who has spent $400 at a time ordering from you for the last five years. You should consider your tone before you put it in a format. I may only be one customer that you lose and it’s probably not a big deal to you but one of these days you’re going to know that one customer can tell many one unhappy customer will tell everyone one happy customer will tell three….. You should consider not replying at all I don’t know who you have writing for you, but you might want to change your course.”
