Blue-Free, Sleep Promoting Mini Book Light Reviews

The problem I have with this nice, light-weight, flexible Mini Book Light is that it's a bit too "mini." It only illuminates part of the page with enough light to read by, so you have to keep moving it around. Maybe someone has a secret?

Handy and compact. Works well. I wish it had an additional setting for a brighter light.

Great light and very helpful for sleep. Its a nice warm amber on two settings. Very relaxing and you can read the book text, don't worry. Great product!

For several years, I have struggled with getting a good restful night’s sleep. Fortunately, I found a few beneficial articles about blue lights and the negative impact on sleep. I also read about reducing exposure to blue lights a couple of hours before going to sleep. I enjoy reading just before sleeping but was using a blue light lamp. Then I discovered the Blue-Free Mini Book Light. Now I enjoy total darkness before sleeping and reading with light from my Mini Book light. It clips handily onto my book. I also increased my daily exercise(walking) which I believe has improved my sleeping.
