For several years, I have struggled with getting a good restful night’s sleep. Fortunately, I found a few beneficial articles about blue lights and the negative impact on sleep. I also read about reducing exposure to blue lights a couple of hours before going to sleep. I enjoy reading just before sleeping but was using a blue light lamp. Then I discovered the Blue-Free Mini Book Light. Now I enjoy total darkness before sleeping and reading with light from my Mini Book light. It clips handily onto my book. I also increased my daily exercise(walking) which I believe has improved my sleeping.

The light is not working properly. Affter charging the light overnight the light wouldn’t work. Very disappointed in the light. I could not recommend purchasing this item. I would like a replacement light .

Works great! So easy on the eyes! Now I can read before bed and fall asleep easily!

It was a gift for someone. She says they are great so I guess I'll rate it a 5.

I like that it clips on and is rechargeable. It's also nicely portable. My only issue with it so far is that it's hard to pack in a backpack or bag without it turning on by itself due to the squeeze-switch mechanism.

Very happy with this little light! Lightweight, bright enough even on the low setting. I can tell when it's a good time to recharge because the light will start to seem a bit dimmer than it did the night before. This is actually super convenient because it still gives me plenty of heads up to recharge instead of being surprised by a "lights out" moment mid-page. Give it a try!
