I absolutely love the coconut cream - such a great product. Brilliant quality and really good value. Love the lack of plastic packaging

Hi Bryony, Thank you so much for this great review! We are so happy to hear that you like the coconut cream - it's such a useful product, and you'll never need to buy canned coconut milk again! Our Creamed Coconut from the Philippines is unsweetened, fresh, organic coconut kernel which has been dried and pureed and naturally contains some coconut oil. It is great to hear your thoughts on the packaging. We take pride in the packaging and delivery of your products and it is so important to us to do this in the most sustainable way possible. Thank you again for taking the time to share your review, we really appreciate it. Joel

Hi Kim, The great thing with this product is its versatility - you can blend it with water to make coconut milk, or stir a spoonful into sauces for an added creaminess. I even like this straight from the jar to curb that sweet craving! We don't advice frying with it or putting it in a microwave as this can burn it. As a natural product, it's not unusual for the naturally occurring coconut oil to separate and solidify and this sits on the top showing as a white colour (versus the creamed coconut which is a creamy colour). Before using this, you need to mix the oil back into the creamed coconut and we have videos on the product page showing how we warm this, making it easier to mix the oil back in. It's a great product and is a worthwhile kitchen store cupboard item. Petrina

When this product was launched I had to try it, it lasts a long time and I add it in a lot of the meals I make. Have never bought other creamed coconuts in cans and never will. This product is such a kitchen staple!

Thank you for sharing this Lucy. As you say, Creamed Coconut is a brilliant store cupboard staple and adds a delicious creaminess to sauces, as well as being good to use in sweet treats. I even love a teaspoon of it straight from the jar when those late afternoon sweet cravings come! If you have this at home, you never need to worry about running out of tinned coconut milk as you simply blend this with water and hey presto you have as much (or little) coconut milk as you need for your recipe, with no waste. Win win! Petrina

My heritage means I cook with creamed coconut most days and upon reading how pure and sugar free Lucy Bee's product was, I decided to try. It's honestly a game changer - tastes much better, it's thicker than substandard versions so a little goes a long way. Smells delicious too!
