“I love creamed coconut. This with a bit of hot water and lime is a perfect dressing to add to a spicy dish. Also works really well in soups and curries.”

“Game changer for cooking nice stir fries, curríes etc. Use as little or as much as you like and much more economical. Great to have in the store cupboard. Love using it in chicken satay- the Lucy bee recipe. So tasty!”

Like you, I find this product is so good to use to add creaminess to dishes. It's perfect to stir into homemade soups, sauces and curries. We always recommend stirring any separated, naturally-occurring oil back into the creamed coconut, before using and have details on this on our website. We don't recommend this for frying though or using in a microwave as it can burn. Petrina

“Really great product and great to have a coconut milk without anything added. Could do with more instructions on the label but that is a minor issue - I knew to mix in the separated oil only after reading the reviews. To aid getting out the jar I have frozen some in an ice cube tray so now very easy to get some when I don't have time to warm the jar. Will be buying again as have used in lots of different dishes without needing to waste or open an entire tin. Next experiment is coconut yoghurt.”
