Made a chicken curry using the creamed coconut. I had a sneaky taste of it out of the jar and could have eaten the lot!!!

This stuff is amazing! I originally bought it for a soap ingredient, but after tasting it - melt on the tongue heaven - I use it in anything I can! My favourite is my BANANA SHAKE RECIPE: 1 banana pureed in blender with a little cow's or Lucy Bee's Coconut Milk - or half and half. Then 1/4-1/2 tsp Lucy Bee's Chai Blend, 2-3 tbsp on Lucy Bee's Coconut Cream (warmed up with a little milk until it's quite fluid) then topped up with milk and blended some more. Best served if chilled in freezer for an hour before drinking: a super-creamy ice-cream-like banana shake you won't forget!

We eat so much curry in this house - pre-made by my mum. Some of these are too hot for my son to eat... not an issue. Grab my Lucy Bee Raw Creamed Coconut; chuck a load in the pot and cook it away as the originally made curry re-heats. Great product. Cannot live without ... !!!

Hi Eleanor, many thanks for your review. It's great to hear you love our Creamed Coconut as much as we do. If you need any recipe ideas, Lucy often posts videos on Facebook/ Instagram, or you can look at Lucybee.com. In the office we like to stir it straight into soups to thicken and add flavour. Rian.
