“We love our hybrid mattress, a queen medium plush. Maybe this is our fault for not measuring, but we got the foundation, and with our very low bed frame the whole bed sits higher than ideal. It's not too bad, but we will need new deep pocket sheets, adding to the overall cost. Movement isolation is ok, better on memory foam but memory foam is way less comfortable overall for us. Edge support is great. I've dealt with back soreness over the years, and I wake up much less sore on this mattress than our old one, and I've been able to sleep in more positions more comfortably. The pillows are unfortunately way too large (tall) for my head, they gave my neck some painful cramps. My wife likes the pillow. Delivery, unpacking, assembly was all great.”

“After hours of extensive research on multiple online mattress brands I am so glad that we decided to go with Luma. My husband prefers a firm feel and I prefer a softer feel so we were thrilled to find a company that offered a split option. We went with the Hybrid Slumber System with medium firm split. I had to call and ask some questions about our purchase and was met with a pleasant and helpful employee every time. Our product arrived on time and was fairly easy to set up. I will say with the size/weight of the sleep system it will take two people to set up or you could opt for the white glove delivery (I would recommend this). I was surprised that the mattress didn't really give off a chemical smell and we were able to sleep on the mattress the first night we got it. 6 weeks later we are still very happy with our purchase. I don't think we will do a comfort exchange, but nice to know that it is there. I find myself sleeping better and also waking up without back/ neck pain. I would recommend this sleep system to anyone and feel it was worth the price we paid for it.”

“We've had our Luma Hybrid Slumber System Mattress for one month now. My husband is sleeping much better and has only positive things to say. I am not sure if the coil system is right for me but am holding out judgement for another month as I know it can take time to get used to. I love the talay latex topper and we both notice that we are sleeping much cooler than we were on our old foam mattress.”

“Latex is defiantly the superior mattress making material. The hybrid is both bouncy and supportive. Sadly, I had a latex allergy that I wasn’t aware of, so the mattress had to be returned, but Luma’s return process with smooth. Stefano was very helpful.”

“I’ve been sleeping on the mattress about a month, so far so good! I hadn’t slept on Latex before, but I’m completely hooked. I had a couple of issues with delivery - didn’t show up when they said they would, left black marks from their gloves on the white fabric covering the topper. So that’s why I’m removing a star. The mattress itself has been awesome so far.”

“I have slept like a baby over the past few weeks that I’ve had this mattress. Only quirk is I may have to change the firmness level, as I found the medium to be a bit more pillowy than I thought. But because of their comfort swap it’s free so I’m not worried!”

“I have been very pleased with my Luma Sleep Hybrid Slumber System purchase so far. The customer service was very helpful in giving information before I made my purchase, and the mattress + latex top have been a dream to sleep on in the first month. My only complaint would be that the pillows did not arrive with the mattress and I was sent two different firmness levels when they did make it to my home. Other than that the process was very good and I have recommended the bed to other friends already.”

“We did a lot research, and soul-searching too, so that we could come to a consensus on a new King-size bed for our new main floor master bedroom. So glad we chose this Luma product. It's like sleeping on a cloud!”
