“We're about a month in and so far it's great. The topper we chose seems to be correct but I'm glad we have a whole year to decide. I read a million reviews to try and find the right bed for us online and this one is it. It arrived quick, opened up quick, didn't smell bad, and has been a great change for us since we got it.”

“I ordered the luma sleep system in medium.The bed was shipped to me, and although I selected white glove delivery, I had to ask the people who delivered the bed to bring everything inside. They didn't unwrap anything or help put the heavy mattress on the frame, I did this myself, despite having paid for this white glove delivery. It so happened that the wrong mattress topper was delivered to me. I should have recieved a 3" topper with the sleep system I purchased, yet they shipped me a 2" topper. After I contacted them, they sent out a 3" topper. and I don't know how to tell what the plushness level is, but I noticed after the first night, I was waking up with a sore back. So after about a week of waking up with a sore back, I went back to the 2" topper. Contacted the company, Still have not heard back. It's been at least 3 weeks. Seems that Luma really needs to work on their customer service. I contacted them today to request a refund for the difference between the 2" topper and the 3" topper, because at this point, I'd just like to keep the 2" topper because this whole process has been a huge hassle. That being said, the bed is comfortable. I don't like the wooden frame though, it seems very cheap.”

“The mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and Luma did a great job in resolving an issue caused by the shipping company. We also utilized the comfort exchange and that whole process went flawlessly.”

“I’ve experienced a lot of back pain and injuries over my years. I must say the hybrid slumber system has helped me sleep through out the night without waking up, and my back aches have decreased. The team at Luma was very helpful in guiding my decision process. Highly recommend.”

“I liked the mattress (side sleeper) but it gave my girlfriend bad back pain (stomach sleeper). Lumasleep made returning the mattress simple and easy. Nice depth and the included pillows were comfortable.”
