“I LOVE your product because it is light, and there is no cord to deal with. However, I have had to purchase double the amount of batteries because they become useless after one year. For example, the battery slowly starts to lose the charge for the lifetime that you advertise. After one year, the batteries seem to only hold a charge for 2 or 3 hours. ( Dental practitioners work a 8-9 hour shift) I have called and emailed your company & my rep. with no response. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and when these batteries die, I believe I will give up. Very disappointing. I have waited to post this, in hopes that I would receive an email or call back. I'm still waiting, if you really would like to improve your product, please take the time to call your customers back so that we can work together to improve it. Regretfully, Cara G.”

We appreciate your feedback. Our batteries typically meet and exceed their warranty coverage (1 year) - in fact, we regularly see some of our v1 batteries still in use from sales that took place 10+ years ago. “Have been using wired battery pack, switched to AirLUX, which doesn't get as bright. Have become accustomed to brightness of old batteries, I am disappointed that I can't make AirLUX brighter.”

“One battery works great the other flicks on and off. The last batteries were about the same”

“You're batteries do not last. i'm replacing them now like very six months. They either stop charging or the case breaks. I ordered a new replacement set on july sixth. But the order was officially shipped today July 20th. Almost 14 days to ship!!!”

“I had to purchase 2 new batteries because 3/4 batteries purchased 2 years ago dont work anymore. The light is good, warranty and survival of batteries very very bad”
