“Vacuum is nice. But I gotta say, the battery life is so short I’m missing the point of even having the vacuum. I’ve used it twice so far. 15 maybe 20 minutes of use. I can only clean a portion of my apartment, or car at a time, then it dies on me, I have to go charge the battery while the cleaning is far from finished. I honestly did a lot of research on vacuums, didn’t realize this battery life was this bad. If I had to do it over, I’m not sure I would purchase this vacuum. I honestly wish u had a plug for an outlet to use in combination with the battery. Sorry but I wanted to give it an amazing review but sheesh, worst battery life on a product I’ve ever purchased. I rate you guys a 2. Good suction, and ability to carry the product. But outside of that I got nothing for you.”

Thank you for reviewing our product & I'm sorry to see you have not had a good exeperience. You should expect to get up to 20 minutes of max power. However, we do recommend med or eco, which will give excellent suction & cleaning power, but you will get much longer from your battery.

“So far very pleased. Just glad I ignored some (strange) aspects of negative reviews, and now have a cleaner house.
(i) Does it make a noise? - yes.
(ii) Can emptying the waste container be a bit fiddly sometimes? - yes.
On (i) - duh, it's a vacuum cleaner
On (ii) - I'd much rather the dirt was in the Lupe bin than not.
Bottom line: great if you want to remove dirt from your house. If (i) and (ii) bother you, a duster does very well no both counts...”
“Hi! I really love the Lupe! It feels great to hold, and it works superbly! My only critiques are the following: when it is removed from the bottom part, and standing, it tends to fall over very easily (so it really has to be held all the time). Also, the battery life could be better - hopefully technology will fix that and we will be able to get even better batteries to insert in the future. That is all, it is really a great machine!”

Thank you for your feedback. The Pure Cordless battery life is as follows:
1. Eco: power level for maximum cleaning time, up to 60 min.
2. Normal: default level that is suitable for general use, up to 30 min.
3. Max: enhanced power for particularly dirty areas, up to 15 min.

“I have two, long-hair Maine Coon cats. The hair gets tangled in the brush roller much more than I anticipated. Hair tangles were not an issue with my old Dyson which has since departed the scene. If I had it to do over, I'd get the Dyson V15.
Worse, the hairs gets sucked into the dirt box and get pulled all the way to the top of the bin where it is impossible to get out without running water through the dust bin. The hair simply wraps around the top of whatever is in there and stays put. So cleaning it involves an extra water step. No such issue with the Dyson.”

The bin: the black cyclone & filter section at the top of the bin comes out, which allows you to empty any debris in the top of the bin. The cyclone & filter are both washable
