“Was very excited about this purchase. But am now incredibly disappointed. The sample went was the right colour and length, so I went ahead and opened the halo. The halo itself is WAY too bulky and thick to look natural or feel comfortable. I have communicated with customer service and they will not offer a return now that the halo has been tried on. What a waste of money and time!”
