“Terrible quality. I returned a set for being frizzy and thin and received a replacement set that was even worse. Have purchased several sets in the past and the quality was great. Something has definitely changed. I will not be using Luxy again.”
“I have ordered from Luxy before so trust the quality; no issues there. On this order, I was expecting the tone to be a lot cooler or neutral than it is, so if you want a real nordic blonde, I would choose a different shade. I'm just going to use some purple shampoo on them and they'll be fine.”
