“Quality of the hair is luxurious and the color matched my light grey-ish hair, I have not idea why there is no mention that the clips, weft, thread etc. are black. When I tried to use the fill-ins, the clips worked perfectly, but black lines showed through my natural hair which made it quite obvious I had extensions. Silver/Gray would have been a better choice. I cannot use these although I have tried to color the black with a silver Sharpie...”

“All of the extensions are gorgeous and very high quality! But my package was "lost" with FedEx claiming they were delivered. As we all know, extensions are expensive so I was very anxous to have them. When I reached out to customer service the rep was nice, but the policy stinks! I got no support whatsoever, I KNOW it says Luxy is not liable for packages lost but some support would have been appreciated. Because of this, I will never do business with them again, unless the policy and revised.”
