“The ponytail I received was frizzy and flat. I reached out to customer service and they reminded me that you cannot return once opened. I could not know that the ponytail would be frizzy and flat unless I opened the package. They gave me tips to tame the frizz but for the cost of the product, I expected it to come in good condition. I have not had an issue with the other products from this company but I will definitely not buy another curly ponytail from luxy.”

“Being in Canada we have like no options for high quality real hair ponytail extensions especially curly ones. I was very impressed with how fast it came ( I did pay for the fastest shipping ) considering most shipping companies are always delayed these days. In terms of the hair itself , its definitely the best one I've found so far for a curly ponytail. Definitely matched my hair and looked 100% real. However for the cost of it there are definitely some things that need improving. My first issue was the extra Bobby pins that were included, I literally got 2 uses out of them before the rubber on the ends starting splitting and then came right off so they were useless at that point. I was also disappointed with the quality of the clip used to secure the ponytail to your own hair. It's very flimsy and cheap feeling and I've already had to sew it a few times to reinforce it including the 2 small ones on either side of the bigger clip. My last issue is with the quality of the dye used. I've co washed it at least 4 or 5 times just so I don't leave any hair product in it and every single time it loses alot of hair dye. So either it's really poor quality hair dye or its the hair itself but I feel it shouldn't be losing dye after that many rinses. I also felt the volume wasn't enough for me and actually added some extra wefts from Remy hair curly clip in extensions I have and it made a huge difference. So while this is definitely an impressive ponytail , as a Canadian it ended up costing me over $300 with shipping and duties and I'm not sure it's worth that while having the issues I mentioned above. More quality control needs to get put into these and then they would be perfect.”
