“i’m not sure but maybe this was synthetic and i didn’t read it correctly? it’s very matter after my first use, i read the instructions which mentioned to use my fingers to run through the curls for definition and it made it worse, afterward i couldn’t save the ponytail. it kept getting more and more tangled up and matted.”
