“After the excellent customer service I received, I wanted to update my review of the curly ponytail extension. Initially I had a really hard time getting the ponytail to not slip out of my hair. Luxy Support was very prompt in responding to my emails with multiple suggestions on how to secure the ponytail better. Kerry, who assisted me, was very thorough and patient in helping me make the ponytail work. I have thin and soft hair and at first the heavy ponytail kept pulling my hair down and slipping out. In the end, with Luxy Support’s help, I was able to get the ponytail to stay securely in my hair through an evening of dancing. If you have thin hair like me, it may take some finessing to get the ponytail to stay in, but luxy support can definitely help you, and once you figure it out it is quick and easy. I love the variety of colors luxy has added and how the color matched my hair so well.”
