The quality is amazing and I love how secure it sits on my head! The color is slightly lighter then my hair so when I order clip ins I’ll be sure to get a color match but for a pony this is perfect! Lots of compliments

Hair quality was ok. Color match was excellent and the color was beautiful but the extensions tangle way to much even with detailed and proper care. They also shed excessively.

The Ponytail is nice, but shipping was way too expensive. I liked it better when they shipped from Europe. I also had major problems with customs because the free item was not declared as a gift... i liked It better how Lucy handles shipping before they sold the company...
