“In the Luxy website all photos of the hair looks healthy, that all the hair is the same length, but this is not the case. The hair is not healthy, but rather rampant with split ends and these little black bulbs (that Luxy shared are 'done intentionally at the manufacturing level... to seal the ends of the hair and to prevent split ends'). I was very disappointed. I purchased the ponytail and the vast majority of the hair is damaged.”
