“This is my fourth (or fifth, I can't remember) ponytail extension from Luxy. I really like this brand- ive also purchased multiple sets of their seamless hair extensions. However, this last (20" red pony) purchase seems like the volume of hair on the pony is less than it used to be. I still have my old pony, purchased maybe 4 years ago, and comparing the two, I can tell they are different in volume of hair.
Luxy - PLEASE make a 22" or 24" pony! My natural hair is so long now (woot!) That it peeks out at the bottom when I wear my 20" pony. We need longer ones!!
I will definitely purchase hair extensions from Luxy again. But I am taking note of the shrinkflation (less for more/same price) happening here.”

“The hair is really beautiful and long and soft. The issue is it really does not curl well, and even on a low heat setting with heat protection the ends burned. I think if I use foam rollers it'll work just fine, but be careful with heat. It also takes some practice to hold in place. The pins are in a weird spot and don't round out very easily. Definitely takes some work to get the way you want it.”
“The only reason this is a 2 and not a 1 is because the color match is great. However I’m stuck with something I can’t use because it is very obvious that my hair is shorter due to how thin the extensions are. Do not recommend for anyone with medium thick hair that is shorter then the extensions. It is impossible to blend the two without it being very obvious that your wearing extensions. They only offered me a $20 refund. I was so bummed that the extensions did not work for me I was so excited because the color match was perfect for my red hair. However, had I known how thin it was I would not have opened it.”

“Hair quality is good. Lots of hair so its heavy & thick. I am struggling with keeping it in place. I have followed the instructions for using it and find it does not stay well. Disappointed in this so going to have to find another way to use product or it will be considered a waste.”
