“I just recently dyed my hair a reddish color and needed extensions to match. Luxy is the only brand I could find with this red in balayage. Prior to purchasing I utilized their color match tool online. I was impressed to receive my hair in the mail and it be perfect color match. I have the ponytail and seamless hair extensions 20” for over a month. I absolutely love them. The only downfall I can find is that the hair clumps up / tangles after wearing for a few hour. This behavior of the hair can make the hair appear unatural. I have to detangle and it easily does so but I wish I didn’t have to do this as this hair is new. I have had experiences with other brands where the hair does not do this and if it does it’s after a year or two of wear. I will continue to use this hair and more recently purchased the bun. I hope Luxy can address this concern in the near future.”
