“The hair quality is top notch, 5 stars there. My problem was the length of the tie around ( my hair is very thin) it is way too short making it very difficult, frustrating and time consuming when trying to put it on, reason for the 3 star rating.”

“I honestly wasn’t impressed with the quality of the hair. I think the color match was decent, but I think overall the feeling of the hair was very fake. They need to make better textures of hair, to match the different textures of hair people have. Not everyone has silky smooth pin straight hair. Most people’s hair is naturally texturized or frizzy or kinky. I can’t even wear the hair because no matter how I style it, you can see my real hair”
Hi Amanda! Thank you for all of your feedback - we really appreciate it.
Our extensions have a silicone coating on the hair that helps preserve the
nutrients in the hair and give it that extra shine and gloss upon arrival.
After a few washes, however, the coating will gradually rinse away. If you
find the hair texture isn't quite a good match for yours, we suggest
washing your Luxies as that should help texturize it a bit more.
