“Unfortunately, the sample swatch that comes with the pony, seemed to match my hair so when I opened the ponytail I expected it to match my hair too. The small swatch Was deceiving because the ponytail was much darker than my hair. You can’t return it once you’ve opened ponytail. The instructions are clear so I wasted money.”
