It’s thoughtful of the company to include a sample strip of hair purchased to ensure it’s the right color of hair before you actually open your order and risk not being able to return for money back. I didn’t get the right color match for my hair and this saved me. I appreciate the service”

“I ordered two buns and kept the shade that matched the best. I’ve used it a lot and love it! It’s comfortable and I can hide the big plastic part pretty well, surprisingly. I do worry that the thin elastic may snap one day or break down, but so far it’s okay (I’ve had it for a few weeks now). The bun itself is bigger than I expected and so it makes it look like my hair is naturally very long, so I might think the bun out a bit and/or give it a trim. I recommend straightening the hair if your hair is straight. And if Luxy ever produces a “mini size bun,” I’ll be the first in line to buy it!”
