“My first luxy purchase was buns and I think they are great. I got into the idea during chemo when my hair started thinning and they were great- because they have 4 clips and weigh a lot less than ponytails which may only have one clip they are easy to use and stay in place well. There is some learning curve with styling but overall very quick and easy. I have bought several at this point in different colors as my hair has changed and I really like them. This cool brown color is unique for clip ins and I appreciate it because a lot of browns are too red for me. You have to be careful if you get it wet or wash it as the twists in the bun can fall out and it becomes more difficult to style- so if you wash it make sure to do so in a little tub and hold the twists in place. They don’t need washing as much though because they aren’t being exposed to make up, hair product, and the elements as much- I do put hair oil on it because they get dry as most hair pieces do.”

“This bun is awesome and easy. I would have given it five stars, but the color was a little weird. Less noticeable in the bun than the pony, but the swatch was not a good indicator of the actual color. There were weird lighter colors throughout that were not showcased in the swatch. (I got cool dark brown.)”
“The color was not accurate and looked dyed. I ordered dark brown but the hair had light highlights in it. No return policy makes it difficult to shop again.”

“The videos and ads for the clip-in bun make it look a lot easier to put in than it is. I can't get the bun to stay in securely, it's unclear to me what to do with the excess hair, and it doesn't look very real. They say you can return it but that's only if you don't actually open the bun piece up, so there's no way of knowing if you like it until it's too late to return it.”
