“When I opened the box, it was to discover what looks like a short, wavy ponytail or a bun that's "falling out." My understanding was that the buns were made ready to wear, thus the benefit of expedience.
I requested a return, then submitted the requested photos of the bun, but after 8 days and following up with a second email to make sure the pictures I sent were adequate, I have yet to hear back from customer service. In the past, Luxy's customer service has been exemplary, so this has been a significant letdown.”
“I had been just putting my long extensions into a bun and decided to try this — way easier! It’s tricky for me to keep the clips in place even w the drawstring (super thin silky hair) so I end up wrapping a phone cord hair tie around the outside to firmly hold it in place!”
