“I’ve gotten a few things from Luxy and have been very satisfied, but the ponytail was pretty disappointing in two ways. First, the color was weird. I got cool dark brown and messaged back and forth, sent in photos, etc. Even the swatch seemed to match perfectly, but the ponytail had some weird lighter colors in it. The swatch was not indicative of the full color. Can’t return it though because it was fully opened. Second, it was SO heavy and would not stay put. For reference, I have very fine hair. If you have thicker or coarser hair, it would probably be fine. I also am tender headed. The bun and seamless extensions didn’t bother me, but this ponytail was immediately very uncomfortable.”

“I love the colour line, it's stunning. It's truly neutral/ash. The ponytail is super cute but tends to be a little heavy and I have a hard time keeping it in place (due to weight), have tried following the tips Luxy provided but hasn't helped me personally, I find it best worn as a low ponytail.”

“Originally I purchased the new Sandy Brown extensions and they (although gorgeous) were too light of a colour. This is perfect! I opted for a ponytail since I wear my hair up almost daily and worried it might appear thin near the end, it does not! It looks so beautiful, I chose the 16" for a more natural look. A scrunchie makes the style more fashionable and retro (wrapping the ponytail to blend).”
