“good quality hair but the clip itself seems a bit flimsy? no matter what i do to keep the pony pinned and stationary, it seems to want to fall down still like the clip seems to bend. i have to redo the pony quite a lot.”

“This ponytail extension is so beautiful but is NOT for all hair types as it states. I have fine/thin hair and it cannot take the weight of this ponytail extension, it is VERY heavy. I contacted customer service and they gave me some tips and tricks to try, which unfortunately did not work as it is just too heavy for my hair type and I am unable to wear it. I am hoping this review will help someone with fine hair save some money because I cannot wear this and it was a waste of money for me.”
