“I like my Luxy bun so much better than the pony tail. The pony is so heavy and doesn't look nearly as realistic as the bun. I will end up having my stylist cut and thin it and I hope it doesn't get ruined, but I won't wear it much due to how uncomfortable it is.”

“I was so excited to get my ponytail and watched videos on how to install. I’ve tried several different times to install it but I can’t get it to stay in or wrap correctly. My pony has three different hooks in it instead of just one. This gives it a square shape instead of round when I wrap it. Because of this, it also will not secure well enough to even stay in my hair. I don’t know what to do at this point. I can’t send it back because it’s been opened and I can’t get the other clips out to make it a single clip. I am so disappointed because I wasted a lot of money on something I can’t even use. I have the luxy bun, halo and regular extensions which I love, but this pony is garbage. Really disappointed.”

“Disappointed with the ponytail, quality and hair was Excellent but it doesn’t work for ppl with fine hair which is the ppl who actually need it. Pony falls out, the clip doesn’t stay and the hair way too heavy. If it did stay it would be very uncomfortable to wear for long.”

“quality of the hair is good, and was packaged nicely. the ponytail is too heavy for my hair though and the small comb won't stay in my hair without falling out due to the weight of it. unfortunately I can't use the ponytail extension, and I have tried numerous times to make it work but it will not stay in. disappointing considering the price.”
