“I will never be able to wear this because it is so heavy and awkward. I’ve tried to put it in high, medium and low and it always looks like a costume piece. Total waste of money because it cannot be returned or exchanged. Interesting - the buttons below won’t allow less than a 3 rating.”
“The quality is outstanding. However, they advertise as they are meant for thin hair. NO, the ponytail I received is way too heavy and bulky for my thin hair. I would need almost 3x less volume for my hair to be able to hold it. Why does no one makes lighter versions for people with thin hair ????”

“He color was not accurate. The ponytail came with a swatch and it matched my hair, so I unwrapped it. The actual ponytail looked quite different. Instead of brown with some light ash balayage, the whole thing looks like gray hair. I cant wear it or return it.”
