“Needs alteration. The color is a perfect match however ponytail came over 2 inches longer than expected (ordered 16’ and received 20’. I have very thin hair and it’s extremely heavy (giving me a headache). My stylist trimmed the length but need to figure out how to make it thinner (les thick). Otherwise beautiful ponytail”

“I was so excited waiting for my ponytail to arrive. The quality is good, color match perfect. However I can’t wear it! First, I ordered 16’ and it looks like I received 20’ because its waay too long and I can’t return or exchange it since i opened the box. I also ordered seamless extension 16’ and its way shorter than my ponytail. The bottom line money wasted”
