“The extension is beautiful, unfortunately for me it is too thick, too long and the color dk gray is too dark with very few gray strands. Of course i did not kow any of this until I opened the box, that cannot be returned once opened.”

Laurie, you may want to consider having your Ponytail thinned out and trimmed by your stylist, so that it is lighter and shorter for you. For the color, often a slightly different shade can still look great in a Ponytail!
