“The “grey” ponytail is AMAZING! The hair texture is gorgeous and the thickness is full. I looked hard and long for a grey ponytail and ran across this website on google. I took a change on Luxy and all I can say is “Wow.” Customer care was in touch throughout the order sending tips on styling and hair care. My daughter was pleasantly surprised when I shared Luxy website and said they have the most gorgeous hair box I’ve ever seen after seeing the packaging; I agreed. My hair is a silver grey, a bit brighter but it blends very well. The hair does not tangle much after a full day of wearing. However as expected, a normal brush to keep the free flow may be necessary. I will most definitely order through them again in the future. My daughter bookmarked Luxy also. I hope the start making clip-in hair in grey also as grey hair is extremely hard to find especially TOP quality hair.”
“Pony tail feels very nice. No issue with the quality. But it is not right for me. I did get a recommendation thru Luxy after sending pictures as to what colour I should get. I received the product with a small sample. Seemed ok. Proceeded to open the actual product (once opened you cannot return) which is when I could see that it did not match. I have white (salt) and pepper hair. But the lighter grey shade from Luxy has a beigey white (salt). Not a true salt white so it does not match my hair. I am soooo disappointed. I only wish I could have seen this difference from the sample piece. It was just too small for me to see the difference. I am going to send them a note and ask for any suggestions as to how I can get the “salt” colour more white but I am afraid I maybe out of luck.”
