“I didn't open the hair box for 2 weeks after receiving it in the mail. I wanted my stylist to see if for the 1st time with me. She's noticed right off that the wire had a kink in it & she was afraid it would snap easily. Since I opened it, there was no way to return it unfortunately. Now I'm steroids to wear it.
