“I've been using hair extensions and specificially Luxy for 10+ years now. That said, love the colors, love the quality... as I become much more conscious of clean ingredients for health, I do hope the brand continues to push there. The update to the packaging on these was definitely a downgrade.. it was in a light blue cardboard material box, a huge downgrade from the pink sturdy round boxes. Because of the less reliable packaging, it came damaged. Not enough that I'm going to make the effort to have it reshipped, but if I was a first time customer it would have turned me off. I'm sure they're cutting costs but still, wanted to call out how much cheaper the new packaging felt. Also the update to the Halo string is new... it's like pulling out a fishing wire, it's so long and you have to do a little DIY snipping project upon receiving them. The string itself is also not as flexible and stretchy as the previous Halo strings where they were set to fit to your head with several size options included - the old way felt like a much more presentable way for customers to interact and play with their new extensions, and I did find the old string comfier as it sat on the head.
