“Extremely upset with the delivery method used to ship.
It's was an international order and shouldn't have shipped through the USPS as I needed up paying duties ans taxes on an order that was suppose to be free shipping and cost of duties and taxes to be absorbed by LUXY.
I need the extensions for a wedding and ordered 1 month in advance and it arrived on the day of. Was not able to have enough time to learn to even wear the extensions.”

“Not great if you’re experiencing hair loss at the crown of your head. I also had to pull apart the stitches to the hook attachment part and reattach because it was too tight and wouldn’t fit other band sizes when I tried to change it out.”
